The Shadowverse is comprised of various anthologies organized according to series. The main three are The Orion Chronicles, Equestria Girls, and Star Trek: New Endeavours.
- The Orion Chronicles: Stories related to Orion Shadow in Ponyville, and his subsequent adventures.
- Equestria Girls: Follows the adventures of Gemini Shadow, transgender student at Canterlot High School, and her friends.
- New Endeavours: The adventures of Captain Gemini Shadow and the crew of the USS Endeavour.
